Reginald Luster
Reginald Luster was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1988. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in History with Honors from Florida State University in 1985. Mr. Luster earned his Juris Doctor from Florida State University in 1987. In law school, he was a member of the Law Review and the Appellate Moot Court Team. He is also admitted to practice in Florida's three federal trial courts: United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts. He has also practiced in the federal appellate court, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Reginald Luster began his practice of the law as an associate attorney with the law firm of Mathews, Osborne, McNatt, Gobleman & Cobb. He practiced in the areas of insurance defense law, personal injury law and real estate law. He eventually became a partner and shareholder with the firm. In 1994, Mr. Luster was appointment as an Assistant United States Attorney with the Department of Justice ("DOJ"). He worked in the Civil Division representing the United States government and its federal agencies. With the Justice Department, Mr. Luster served a detail in the Civil Rights Division of the Executive Office of United States Attorneys in Washington, D.C. His work earned him the 2000 Director's Award for Superior Achievement in Furthering Equal Employment Opportunity. After seven years with the DOJ, Reginald Luster returned to the private practice of law establishing law firms in 2001 and 2003. In 2007, Mr. Luster moved his current law firm, Reginald Luster, P.A., to University Boulevard. Mr. Luster practices in the areas of personal injury law, wrongful death law, insurance law and criminal defense law. Mr. Luster holds an "AV" rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
On June 11, 2004, Reginald Luster made history when he was sworn in as the first Black President of the Jacksonville Bar Association ("JBA") after having been voted as the first Black attorney to serve on the JBA Board of Governors in 1998. Mr. Luster has held membership in the JBA and the D.W. Perkins Bar Association since 1988. The Perkins Bar awarded him the Outstanding Member Award in 2005. Mr. Luster currently is a Board Member of the Florida Bar Foundation, the charitable arm of the Florida Bar providing legal assistance to the poor, where he has served for six years.
Tracey Robinson-Coffee
Tracey Robinson-Coffee was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1997. In 1994, she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice with Honors from Northeastern University, Boston Massachusetts. Ms. Robinson-Coffee earned her Juris Doctor in 1997 from St. John's University School of Law, Jamaica, New York. While in law school, she served as the Director of Publications for the Criminal Law Institute and Editor-in-Chief for the McKenna Journal. Ms. Robinson-Coffee was also a member of the Elder Law Clinic and a Semi-Finalist in the Frank J. Rogers Mock Trial Competition. She is also licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee. She is admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida and the United States District Court, Middle District of Tennessee.
Tracey Robinson-Coffee began her practice of the law as an Assistant State Attorney for Dade County, Florida. She prosecuted criminal cases including DUI's, domestic violence, armed robbery and attempted murder. She was a former Division Chief for the Juvenile Division and was assigned to the specialized domestic violence unit. In 2001, Ms. Robinson-Coffee joined the Nashville firm of Blackburn and McCune, P.C. as an associate. She practiced in the areas of personal injury, employment law and criminal defense law. In 2003, Ms. Robinson-Coffee opened her own law practice where she continued to practice in the areas of employment law and personal injury. She is a member of the Jacksonville Bar Associations, the Florida Bar, the Nashville Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar.
