Personal Injury Law involves cases where our clients sustain injuries to their person as a result of the negligent or intentional actions of others, their agents or employees. These cases include claims and lawsuits resulting from automobile accidents, dog bites, slip 'n fall accidents, false arrest, unreasonable searches and seizures and defamation (libel and/or slander).

Wrongful Death Law involves cases filed by personal representatives to recover damages for survivors (spouses, minor children under age 25) of the deceased person and the estate of the deceased person for the wrongful death of the deceased caused by negligent and/or intentional actions of others, their agents or employees. We seek to recover damages for loss of companionship and comfort, loss of support and services, loss of earnings, loss of net accumulations, loss of parental instruction, guidance and mental pain and suffering.

Insurance Law involves cases where automobile, homeowners and/or life insurance companies have breached the duty to pay a claim, defend the insured in a lawsuit or indemnify the insured against a judgment. We represent individuals and corporations in their lawsuits against their own insurance companies who breach promises under the insurance contract.

Criminal Defense Law involves cases where the client has been jailed and/or accused of a criminal act, either a felony or misdemeanor, due to prosecution by the state or federal governments.
